The older the better.

When it comes to the Tiger Woods Golf line of video games, i say the older the better. Newer editions of this game seem to be too hard for my young son and I to play together. Golf is not a sport that is super appealing to an 8-year old, so I figure with a good role model like Tiger Woods and a fairly easy and fun game to play, it will spark interest to go out and actually play this great sport. BEST GOLF GAME PERIOD 4 ALL LEVELS

This game made me love golf! I advise doing the scenarios, not using your golfer, but using Tiger! Do not use the play it now feature after the initial this is how you swing lessons. SWING STRAIGHT! If you see a blues streak on the back swing then you are hooking the ball. If you see yellow, then you are slicing.

When you want to do the real time events,here is a trick! Set the clock on your PS2 console on any day that you want in the year 2004! This way you have all the time in the world to complete a real time event!

Complete the scenarios and the first round of the World tour first! Pay special attention to the one with the targers (2nd scenario.) Max out your power, power boost, and putting attributes first! You will need this for the world tour! You do not have to get gold on all of the scenarios!!

PLEASE PLEASE resist the urge to go buying a bunch of items, just because you get a sponsorship. Use you money on the 3 attributes listed above or only on items that give you FOUR blue modifiers. IMPORTANT!!!

There are so many goals to accomplish that you will be playing this for months!!

Teeing off!

I decided to purchase this game because the cost of slim playstation 2's dropped to $150 and I needed to build my game collection up from classics of old.

I have always been a fan of Tiger Woods games, but never purchased them for the Gamecube (Nintendo) because they seemed to lack in gameplay, graphics, and soundtrack music. The purchase of Tiger woods 2004 was a great purchase as the game definately surpassed all of my video golfing needs!

A FRIEND OF MINE INTRODUCE ME TO THIS GAME WHEN IT FIRST CAME OUT AND I WAS HOOKED. BETWEEN THE GRAPHS, THE ABILITY TO CREATE YOUR OWN PERSONAL PLAYER AND BEING ABLE TO CREATE YOUR OWN COURSE WITH THE ABILITY TO CHOOSE WEATHER CONDITION WAS A BIG PLUS FOR ME. THIS IS A GAME THAT ANYONE CAN PLAY, WEATHER YOUR TRUE GOLFER OR JUST SOMEONE WHO ENJOYS PLAYING. I'VE PLAYED A LOT OF GOLF GAMES IN THE PASS, BUT NONE EVEN COME CLOSE TO TIGER WOODS PGA TOUR. Cool golf game

Easy awesome game of golf , not a stress game gives pointers on putting that you don't get on other golf games even Tiger Wood series.

A genuine hour-killer.

I especially like the ability to tailor a character - I created myself (more or less) so that I could fantasize about actually knocking 340 yrd drives.

The game is enormously fun, and is extremely re-playable.

I'd like to see:
- Different music, or the ability to change the music. I'm sorry, but hip-hop and golf don't mix.
- Even more character reactions. Each character is limited to 8, as best I can tell. Furthermore, all characters have the same stock reactions, be they Tiger Woods or John Daly. It's minor, but if each character had different reactions, it could open up the game's interest even more.
