This well-written booklet will have you nipping off to some sunny vale of the Sceptered Isle in no time to seek fame and fortune! Why, there must be dozens and dozens more saxon hoards out there just clamoring to be snatched from the cold clutches of Mother Earth! This gorgeous illustrations show you that it's definitely time to spend every last penny you've got on the most expensive metal detector you can lay your grimy mitts on, ditch that crappy job you hate, and head for the green hills (or preferably freshly-plowed fields) of your destiny! This was a gift to an elderly lady who came from Yorkshire, and who had an interest in archaeology. I did not see the book. However she seemed to be thrilled with it.
