Nothing new

Take it with a pinch of salt. If you've seen some online life coaches and 'personalities' this is nothing new. He seeks to simplify what can be extremely complex beliefs and behaviours/mental states. Not clear that this was a PDF. “Like new” and “paperback” suggest this is a physical copy of the book and the listing doesn’t state PDF unless you scroll down to expand.
