The Slammin' Salmon slam dunks

If working in the food industry was this much fun, I'd own my own restaurant. Especially if I get to hire cuties like April Bowlby and Cobie Smulders.

Slammin' Salmon puts a fun twist on mundane, but important work we all take for granted. I would compare this movie to Employee of the Month. Both movies make fun of improbable situations, and are somewhat cartoonish, but have a terrific cast and crew that you sense are having a lot of fun with it. Michael Clarke Duncan nails his character as the "bigger than life" dysfunctional boss.

I had as much fun watching this comedy as any in the last year... I would put it in my top ten funny movies with Ted and Breaking Up With Sarah Marshall.Vollständige Rezension lesen...

Extremely poor effort from the Broken Lizard gang

Oh man I was so excited for this movie for quite some time. Super Troopers and Beerfest are two of my favorite comedies of all time, and I also thoroughly enjoy Club Dread. The Slammin' Salmon was a huge disappointment. Honestly seemed like the quality of a movie a college student would make for a film class. The classic case of trying to be really silly and funny and failing miserably. Incredibly lame jokes, cliche-ridden, and just plain stupid. Not in a funny-stupid Dumb and Dumber or Harold and Kumar way either. I laughed MAYBE 3 times the entire 90 minutes and I don't know how many times I looked at the clock. If you're bored one night and can't figure out a movie to watch, give it a shot (I recommend renting it)...but don't say I didn't warn you. I think it's pretty obvious why it went straight-to-DVD...this would've been a guaranteed major flop in the theaters.Vollständige Rezension lesen...

Restaurant High Jinx!!!

Did you like Waiting? How about Super Troopers? If you said yes, to both, this movie is for you!!!
That being said, Michael Clark Duncan steals the show! This movie is funny from start to finish, and the action is nonstop. But don't take my word for it ... get it for yourself!Vollständige Rezension lesen...

Great used DVD

Great product in excellent condition for a used movie. Found it pretty funny and will definitely watch again!

Broken Lizard at its best

Im a huge Broken Lizard fan but until recently I did not know about this movie. It does not disappoint, I laughed thru the whole movie.
