A classic. Very good quality DVD.
Based on Oscar Wilde's play. The theory of aestheticism is taken so literally that evil actually becomes personified in the form of physical beauty and youth, only to revert back into the ugliness of a depraved soul. A must see
This is a great Classic Thriller with amazing acting and writing you just don't see in the modern era !
If your a "Yout" and need instant action, well you'll have to learn how to watch and enjoy a Classic Lol
It's a great film and must be seen in my view and it reminds me of the the days growing up in the 1960s - 1970s watching the after the 11pm News Thriller & Horror Theater on Friday & Saturday nights !!

A Film for Sharing
The shipping was fast and the DVD played perfectly. I wanted to introduce my grandchild to the Oscar Wilde story without worrying about the viewer rating. This was perfect and they really enjoyed it.

Best-looking version.
Censorship of the day prevents Dorian's sins being clear, but this is probably the best cast, and best-looking version of Oscar Wilde's normally obscene tale.

Pictue of Dorian Gray
This movie is good but only with the original actors, especially George Sanders(one of my favorites). Donna Reed and Angela Lansbury were excellent in their roles. All round good movie.
