An Unexpected Joy

I really enjoy Tolkien's Middle Earth and this movie really takes me to that world. Many argue that the content is geared more towards children but, as it is, I am pleased. Great special effects and character development.Vollständige Rezension lesen

Disappointed

Haven't viewed the DVD yet.....However; the device that holds the DVD's(three) in place in the containing package was busted up all to hell!....and the shrink wrap on the outside looked suspicious....as if the original package had been opened, then re-wrapped. Intense and lots of action

Great series of movies. Love the way it stays in tune with Lord of The Rings and by the end of the series plays right into the next series.

The Extended Version on blu-ray format is really Awesome. Well worth it !
