The Handmaid's Tale

This movie is hard to find as a rental, and it's a little on the expensive side to buy it. Not sure it's worth the money. The concept is interesting and the casting was great. (Many “A” list actors).

The story is about a society where healthy young women (Handmaids) are forced to serve as surrogate's for producing children, as environmental factors caused many women to become infertile. Someone needs to look into these two orders.

I didn’t receive “The Handmaids Tale” with Natasha Richardson, Faye Dunaway yet, so I can’t tell you weather it is good or bad.I am wondering when it will arrive? Please let me know. Thank you.
I also bought The Hands Maid Tale season 3 which I received but it looks like someone has copied the tv show and made a poor job of it. I can’t select one episode at the time to watch. It just plays them all and the special features are missing but they are listed on the paper attached to the DVD.
Please look into these two problems for me.

Well done, with a few exceptions

Good movie, although it does take several liberties with the original Margaret Atwood novel. As with most movies, the book is far better, but they did an adequate job with this one. Worth the money and was thankful to find a copy still sealed up.Vollständige Rezension lesen
