The chase continues

"The Fugitive" ran for four seasons on ABC; it was not so much an action show as a human-interest drama. David Janssen, as escaped-convict-on-the-run Richard Kimble, continued to encounter all sorts of people in his search for the one-armed-man he saw running away from his home after his wife was murdered. Sometimes Kimble's situations did strain credulity, as in "Nemesis", where he becomes trapped in a Western mountain range with Lt. Philip Gerard's son, of all people (but still manages to get away), but the episodes were never less than compelling. The transfer to DVD is sharp and clear, particularly if you have an upscaling DVD player connected through an HDMI cable to a high-definition TV. Great, Classic TV and Easy to Watch<<<

Great, classic TV. One of the best of the bunch. Already ordered season 2, volume 2. These shows are easy to binge watch.+++++

The Fugutuve - Season Two: Volume One (2008, DVD)

My husband and I grow up watching this show. It was one of my familys favorite.
They don't make t.v. shows like this any more. I wish they would make more shows as good as this one. Very good writting. I wish they would have released this series before my parents passed awayed. They loved this show. I haven't watched a good mystery/drama in a long time. It may be old, but it was one of the good ones!!
We, my husband and I, love this old series. There is nothing that we dislike about it at all. There's not much more I can say about it. Can't hardly wait for the rest of the series to be released!!!Vollständige Rezension lesen...

So This is Where Good TV has Gone

Like wine, some things improve with age. The Fugitive is one of those things. Great plots. Great storyline. Likeable main character. Excellent acting by supporting characters. And the series doesn't use that ADHD filming technique used in 'current' series that seem to use 1/4 second long scene edits! I suspect that if the networks were still producing series like The Fugitive they wouldn't be in the mess they are. Sure is ironical that in an age when, with digitization and high definition, television is technically superior, programming has gone in the opposite direction.Vollständige Rezension lesen...

Great dvd to add to my collection!

This is a great series! Our dvd arrived on time and was in great condition. We love the old shows and movies. They’re good and clean and so much better written than today’s filthy shows!!

A classic tv series that will keep you hooked episode to episode.

The Fugitive DVD series brings a great classic tv show with super plots to our modern times where " reality shows " rules. I remember watching reruns of the show growing up and jumped at the chance to buy it once it became available on DVD. the fugitive season 2 volume 1

I love that i could find the old series on dvd. The price is right and i thought i would never find old shows like these on ebay. I know look for photos and other movies that are hard to find anymore at ebay.

Best spending experience i can have without having to leave my house.
