Good book but too much repetition

I loved the author's pizza recipes in his first book (Flour Water Salt Yeast), so jumped at the opportunity to purchase his 2nd book which is all about pizza! The book in itself is good, however I feel like the author repeats the same concepts over and over in regards to the different pizza styles. That being said, a big chunk of the book deals with pizza recipes (as in, different toppings), which I found interesting. Good selection of pizza dough recipes too, the ones I've tried so far were very good and an improvement to the recipes in the 1st book. Would have liked to see one or two recipes using different percentages of wholewheat flour though. Vollständige Rezension lesen...
