Not for basic cooks or diets.

It has recipes that are unrealistic for most people and they seem to be aimed at people with richer pockets (Quail for example). No help to me at all. I am sure people with deeper pockets and richer tastes would love it. Not for me I am afraid. Too fussy recipes.Vollständige Rezension lesen...

What a great little book and excellent value for money.
Content is extremely helpful and easy recipes.
There is also helpful tips on managing your diabetes

Sugar !!!

Well for a diabetes weight loss diet/cook book , I find it incredible that each recipe lists fat, salt, cals etc but not one recipe shows the sugar content !!! Also the bulk of the recipes require a cupboard full of accoutrements both dried and fresh that just wouldn't be in the average pantry Vollständige Rezension lesen...

Great book really good meals to make

Brought as a gift for a friend he really enjoyed looking at the different foods he could make and going to use it to cook his meals with great book

For the wealthy.

I find it has been written for wealthy people who naturally have all or most of the ingredients already in there cupboards. It's not written for the common every day diabetics .
