Top-Rated Comedy Blast From The Past (with an SCTV prequel feel ;>)

Hard-to-find, but nonetheless an INCREDIBLE collection of Steinberg's eary 1970s comedy sketch program. ALL the SCTV crew are here practicing their craft for their own show later in the decade. And, hey, Steinberg is no slouch either! The way he manages to bring out the comedic talents of the MANY guest stars is perfect, especially when he has comedy gods such as Tommy Smothers and Milton Berle to bounce off of.
It;s not all hilarious, and some of the Canadian jokes will fly over the head, but this collection brings MANY surprises, and a whole lot of "Where have I seen him/her/it before?"
