The Best Football Film Ever Made

As it claims on the box - this is the best football film ever. It captures the magic that was Brian Clough - warts and all. He and Peter Taylor were the match made in heaven - what they achieved together is nothing short of miraculous. The film does not flinch or back off about certain moments that showed Brian to be human - as in with faults fully exposed - but that just draws you closer to the man's man that was Brian Clough. If there is anyone out there who has not seen The Damned United then I am jealous for what you will see and feel whilst watching

One of the great sport movies.

Outstanding film. Michael Sheen does Brian Clough to a tee in a no-holds-barred but sympathetic and engaging performance.
Other cast members, especially Timothy Spall, are equally memorable.
