A story about hope and problems

The novel is about a boy called Junior, who left his reservation for a better future. When he was born, he had too much spinal fluid in his head which leads to physical problems like whispering and seizures. Junior is an Indian and lives with his family in a reservation near Wellpinit where is no hope for a good future without poorness. Because of his situation he decides to switch his school to another one, were especially rich and white people are studying.
The start in his new school is not easy as he is not accepted by the teachers and students. Also the people at the reservation treat him very bad.
Was it right to change his current situation ?
In the novel positive and negative aspects of the situation are described. Some parts of the novel are not important for the plot. These parts are a little bit boring. I recommend this novel for teenagers which are interested in novels with a real plot.Vollständige Rezension lesen...
