A Must Have Classic

Tecmo Bowl was a pioneer of modern sports video games. It's a must have for any sports or video game enthusiast. Admittedly, the game play is somewhat limited, but keep in mind it's one of the first of it's kind in this genre. It's a classic that I highly recommend. This game is the start of a whole genre. The graphics are okay, not very colorful but the gameplay is compelling. Easy to learn and fun to play....without this game there might not be a Madden!

Gift for my brother who used to play this game back in the day. The game played great and it brought back some great memories of youth. Well worth it, I couldn't be happier!

Techmo Bowl is a fast paced, exciting game that takes me back to those halcyon NFL days of Lawrence Taylor & all the great players of the time.

The game that started it all

Game is a classic. Without Tecmo, there is no Madden. Shame on the NFL for giving an exclusive license to EA. Why doesn't people see that is like a monopoly?
