Excellent Japanese Made Transmitter!
Quite simply put, Tamiya is quality. The transmitter is simple, easy and fun to use. It is made for RC Tanks. I am confident this durable transmitter will last for many years to come. I do, however, have two questions:
1) Does Tamiya sell the receiver separately?

This is the unit for Tamiya modern tanks
With this controller all programming is eliminated. Its all there! Just connect your DMD unit and select the proper model, no more trying to figure out how to make other brands units work with your vehicle.
It’s a shame they don’t sell this unit stateside. You can run different Tamiya vehicles with this remote-

Perfect forTamiya RC Tanks and Trucks!
Nice Tamiya/Futaba quality,easy to use with Tamiya Tanks and Trucks.
The downside is that there is no English manual,only Japenese:(
Maybe Tamiya can fix that.....

Does the job well!
Seems to be a well made transmitter and receiver, works seamlessly with my Tamiya 1/16 scale RC Abrams tank!

Better instruction manual
Major problem for those like myself would not know the Japanese language. There are some instructions written in English but most are written in Japanese.
