A modeller's must have item.
I've been model making for many years, and have never used this tape before, but let me tell you I was well impressed how easy it was to apply direct from the dispenser. It can be applied very accurately, and I also found that there was no paint seepage when I removed the tape, so you end up with a lovely crisp line. Excellent stuff
Unlike other low tack tapes, Tamiya actually sticks and does its job but then it peels off cleanly and easily, leaving a straight edge where needed. I use it for my hobby, which is repairing and restoring vintage acoustic guitars. The only time I've had a problem is when I've (foolishly) put it down over loose and flaky varnish/lacquer. Sticks well when you want it to, but peels off easily when required, without pulling the paint off with it.
