This item was the refill for the hardwall tacker which is a brilliant bit of kit if you like to adorn your walls with pictures,it is so simple to use no messing about with electric drills and masonry bits,just make your mark and place the hardwall tacker on the mark a few turns of the handle and pop the plug in job done.They are amazingly strong to as I have not had a picture fall off the wall yet after several years of using it.
