When tight on space use this.
I use these when space is a premium.
I used one in my (O scale) Casey Jones (Silverton Northerly RR) Rail bus (yes with sound) and it runs over the dirtiest of rails (only to the two (modified) NWSL Flea wheels do the P/U.
I then used one in a decoder install job of a Mantua HO Uintah Prototype articulated. Again, works great. This one is going into an AHM HO (converting it to an O scale model) Heisler.

TCS keep alive unit
I installed the keep alive unit into my locomotive that uses a sondtraxx sound decoder. It takes about two minutes for the keep alive unit to be fully charged but then when operating my locomotive on my track it runs flawlessly. I haven't cleaned my track in a month. Great product worth the money.
Have used TCS KA4 keep alive befor and love the hem for they stay charged longer then stated. Great product and recommend this product and love the small size.
