T-Reign Retractable Gear Tether with Carabiner

Warranty is good after contacting them they told me to ship it in to be services along with 4.00 to have it shipped back

this item is packaged very secure in clam wrap with pretty detailed description of it. this was made to react 8-10 oz and the CB gear keeper which I usually buy from another made in USA product is rated 8 oz retractable that lasts for years, I thought I'd try this T-Reign instead for my CB microphone as the look of it caught my eye so thought I would give it a try being rated a bit better in retracting. Although T-Reign doesn't make it specifically for CB radio operators as the GearKeeper co. does I HAVE TO SAY THAT GearKeepers work and This T-Reign didn't.
My GearKeeper product retracts microphone even if it is retracting vertical. T-Reign would not retract microphone pulling microphone vertically only part way. SO I PURCHASED A HD T-Reign rated TWICE the retracting pull and it was Comparable to the GearKeeper product. I HAVE TO SAY T-Reign LOOKS GOOD but its retractable rating is not generous at all...Perhaps GearKeeper retracting power may be rated at 8 oz they perhaps make it to 10++ oz. And T-Reign on the other hand may rate theirs 8-10 oz IN MY OPINION IS LACKING APPLICATION outside of appearance packaging and warranty.
