Swanson SW506 Valerian Root Herb Capsules (950mg)

Adequate but not the best

I use Valerian to help me sleep. I found Swanson Valerian on Ebay after trying a few lemons on Ebay. Swanson is far better than paying the absurd prices for EU Valerian in health shops like Holland & Barrett. Swanson Valerien is acceptable but the quality can vary from bottle to bottle. The best Valerian is Natures Sunshine Valerian. Swanson Valerian is about half as good. Hav been using these 4 ages now, my Mum uses them 2 .. i take 2 about 1hr b4 sleep & they really help me 2 nod off .. obviously evryone is different but i can strongly recommend :)

Beautifully made, sadly does nothing.

Really well made product which arrived in perfect condition. Sadly though the product hasn't worked so I can't recommend it. Might work for others but hasn't helped myself or my partner.

a real help for sleep problems at a good price

Gentle sleep aid

Valerian work wonderfully for me enabling me to drift off to sleep and have a restful night. I wake refreshed and ready for the day ahead.
These are much kinder on the system than strong prescription medication.

This is the best herb for sleep. Always excellent quality and consistent results. Always keep a bottle in stock.

No side effects, eases muscle tension, aids sleeplessness.

I live with chronic pain, Valerian helps me with muscle tension and to help me sleep at night.
