Engineered food
I am walking evidence of just how destructive the garbage sold at fast food chains can be on the body. Since passing by the drive-through windows and exercising moderately, I have lost 70 pounds in less than one year, no longer take any of the three blood pressure medications I had been on, and just feel a whole lot better.

Every time he was asked to super-size a food order ( 9 times ) the participant did just that!
This documentary involved a young man who ate nothing but McDonad's fast food for 1 month
to determine what effects this diet would have on his health. He was tested, periodically, for
6 to 8 health values and these values became worse, each time he was tested. The end results had all 3 doctors, involved, shocked and very concerned. Interviews with different Food organizations, school districts and on-the-street interviews with individuals gave more context to

If the truth were known
Every one on earth should see this DVD, because we need to pay attention to what we eat, especially fast food. High fat, sugar, and salt will lead to death from the kitchen. Most folks don't have a clue that they are doing the wrong thing, and most likely don't want to know. If it tastes good that is all that counts. Should be required viewing
This should be a MUST for every school kid and every adult. It's a well planned, funny, educational lesson in the value of eating well. It will be enjoyed by a wide range of age groups.
