Great product, well designed and like it will be very durable and stable. I would purchase again if needed

the adjustable length legs were great for getting the height just right. the light works perfect both approaching and leaving the stool. the taller and shorter hand rails make getting into and out of bed more stable. the padded handle on the taller hand rail is a very comfortable size and texture. the rubber feet hold the stool in place on the carpet so it does not move. the base has plenty of weight providing a low center of gravity for a very stable feel under your feet. the friction surface on the base makes it safe for use with or without socks on your feet. the size of the base is perfect for turning around holding the tall hand rail. being able to assemble the stool for either right or left hand sides of the bed to suit the user is a great benefit. the stool comes completely disassembled and it took about 10 minutes to assemble. because the leg height is adjustable, about 20 minutes was spent getting the height and position just right for very comfortable entry and exit from the bed (this is a huge benefit). only a couple basic tools were necessary to complete the assembly. the instructions are simple because of the easy assembly. Strong and stable

This turned out to be everything I needed to help mom regain some independence.

A Good Solution

My only "reservation" about this item is that I would highly recommend that the light attachment should be magnetic (rather than tape) to make battery replacement more "efficient". Sturdy and well designed.

Adjustable height; LED light was a bonus; the lower arm might be too low but otherwise it does what it's supposed to do - help you get in and out of a high bed.

Awesome step!

We bought this to use for my elderly mother-in-law to get in and out of bed. She finds it very helpful. I like that it has a light on it also.
