The best all around step workout!

I love Denise Austin! I have been using her workout videos for 30+ years. I had this workout back when it was only on vcr and was so disappointed when my copy stopped working. Imagine my excitement when I saw it is now available on DVD! Ok, so it’s a little dated, but it’s such a great, relatively quick workout, and can be tailored to your fitness level just by raising or lowering the height of your step. When I was younger, I did this every day, in addition to weight training, and walking, and I was always in great condition. Now that I’m older, I am still able to do this workout, and have added it back into my regimen. I hope Denise will come out with a new step dvd one of these days!Vollständige Rezension lesen

Cheesy but good

I’m getting back into step workouts after many years. This is a great workout for beginners or full-figured exercisers. The moves are simple and can easily be adapted to be more/less challenging as needed.

Denise’s “super-excited cheerleader” style is a bit over-the-top, but it’s more amusing than irritating. Overall, I really like this workout and recommend it.Vollständige Rezension lesen
