Stellar 7: Draxons Revenge for 3DO is basically an updated version of Stellar Fire for the Sega CD add-on.
Both games are almost identical in game design to Battlezone which was released over a decade ago.

You pilot a tank called RAVEN around different planets (they look almost all the same) shooting anything that moves and avoiding enemy fire, thats the game in it's entirety. To make the game even more intolerable you have only 1 life and no continues to complete this boring game.
The only redeemable quality is the box has good cover art, which is what actually tricked me into buying this poor game!Vollständige Rezension lesen...

Fun for a 16 bit game. . .

I bought this game early in the 3do era out of the bargain bin. I had a Stellar 7 game for the Sega CD and liked it so I thought that this would be a big upgrade, but I was wrong. This is very similar to the Sega CD game with only slight enhancements in graphics but not quite as tight of control. The loose control and bland graphics made this a game that I put down quickly, only to pick up again sparingly. If you like tank combat games, this is fun but can be frustrating.
