Superb Product & Service
This machine is brilliant. Not only does it dispense boiling hot water, (98’) for some reason the taste of the boiled water is much better. We live in an area where the water is chalky, and a high amount of chlorine is also added. The taste is far superior with the thermopot for tea/coffee etc compared to a standard kettle. It might be because of the very handy timer ? we fill the night before and the boiled water is ready to use the next day (all day) it is just so convenient and easy to clean.. Highly recommend.. A fantastic product which makes me wonder why nobody invented it earlier!!
This product keeps water hot and keeps it hot all day for the same price as it costs to biol an average kettle once. It doesn't have a standard UK power lead, but this can be remedied by simply using your old standard kettle power cable which fits perfectly.
Where I live there can be regular power cuts during the winter and it also works as a thermal pump flask and can keep the water hot enough to make a cup of tea for up to 12 hours after disconnection of power; and it can be pumped manually with no power.
It is very easy to use and it costs about 11p to boil 5 litres of water (over about half an hour) and costs fractions of a penny per hour to keep hot on electric mains.
This is particularly environmentally friendly as there is no waste of hot water and you can just switch on and forget about it.
I would recommend it for using for where you would make extensive use of a kettle and for where you might have inconsistent power or simply for transporting hot water for small functions etc. It is always nice to have a plentiful supply of hot water for cooking etc to save energy. For baby bottles, it gives a constant supply of boiled sterilized water and has little or no chance of spilling.Vollständige Rezension lesen...

Quality kettle urns
Very happy with the purchase, good quality construction metal, and filling up is easy enough and lasts for a long time as I live alone, no having to fill and boil every time I want a hot drink!

Tolles Teil für kleines Geld
Nach der Lieferung direkt ausgepackt und mit Wasser befüllt. Hat circa 35 Minuten gebraucht bis die 5 Liter angefangen zu kochen haben.
Da ich es, in erster Linie, für sie Zubereitung von Babynahrung brauche, habe ich das Wasser auf 40 Grad mit offenen Deckel abkühlen lassen. Dauerte circa 2,5 - 3 Stunden.
Aufkochen und spenden von Wasser ist sehr leise. Nur die Handpumpe geht relativ schwer aber dafür funktioniert das elektronische System einwandfrei.
Das Warmhaltesystem variiert hin und wieder zwischen Plus Minus 2 Grad
