Good Toning workout
Inspite of Davina looking quite ill on this DVD and not healthy at all bless her, the trainer is in fabulously healthy shape and fitness. This DVD is great for toning and I use this in addition to my cardio workouts. After using this DVD I can certainly feel the muscles have been worked although I would not use this in replacement of my daily Jillian Michael's workouts to maintain my fitness but as an extra toning DVD it is fun and the music is greatVollständige Rezension lesen...

Good variety of workouts
Having the 10 minute workouts is great as you can do as much as you have time for. The ab workout is so tough! You will need weights and a ball. Bit too quick for me

Fantastic soundtrack! Big fan of Lady Ga Ga's voice and Bradley Cooper compliments her perfectly like they were made for one another. Very passionate, earthy music.. so loving.

Lovely music, but too much swearing
I wanted to listen to the lovely songs from the film, but I didn’t realise they put so much dialogue in between the songs and they are full of swearing.
