Nice Filter (check connection)
These are the thinner type, against the Wickes product.
I also had to purchase a new adapter to connect.

Replacement filter elements for Springflow
These filters appear to be functionally very good. Replacing an original cartridge with one of these requires some care as they are not replicas. A little experience in plumbing or engineering is helpful, but do not be deterred, the product is fine.Vollständige Rezension lesen...

Compatible to springflow ,slightly slimmer element
I'd agree with a previous review from Adam. I've been using these cartridges for over 1 year as bought the 4 pack. They are compatible to springflows filter catridges ,more affordable but feel they are slightly slimmer so as Adam has remarked feel some of the water may pass through without full benefit of filter. On saying that the carbon element does have a channel running through it which is how the water filters from mains feed Inlet (blue tube ) comes out the other end (green tube) to tap,so theoretically the water should pass through the element.
NB. When removing to replacing cartridge always remove the blue tube pushfit insulator 1st, to cut off water supply. When replacing its the reverse connect green tube isolator 1st .get it wrong and you'll get soaked! We live in a hard water area ,the waters awful to drink. So tastes much better using the filters. They recommend changing approx every 3 months if you use it regularly. Were are a family of 4 adults now and all refill bottles on a daily basis, so I feel 3/4 months is about right for high users. This is not as good as the genuine springflow filter. It doesnt fit flush and water can pass around the side of it and the plastic springflow housing.

Good product
This filter improves the quality of the hard water in our area. Reduces the lime scale in the kettle immensely.
