Season 19 forgot the humor
Going back to the first couple of South Park seasons, humor was character-driven and it was constant. The dialogue felt natural. High marks all around.
Cartman having a tea party with his stuffed animals. Officer Barbrady back in grade school. Classic. Hilarious.
Skipping to Season 19, I found Matt and Trey (or is it Tray? I forget) put so much focus on pushing issues, they forgot to make the show funny.
Even if I agree with them on issues like political correctness being out of hand, I don't need to see a show repeating the point over and over.
The other negative is the show now plays like a bad action movie.
They took what started out as entertaining and turned it into something that's a chore to watch. No need for Season 19 or beyond.Vollständige Rezension lesen

Pictures wasn’t exactly what I expected
