Excellent Quality

Defective soundtraxx decoder from the a soindtraxx dealer
It came in the mail defective it will run forward and backwards and will program to a long address xxxx but has no lights,sound or any functions . New and Defective as received. The headlight function would not work. I reconnected the headlight wire to FX5 just to get it to come on, but could not make it go off going in reverse.
