Majestic dictaphone. Buy one.
Bought for taking verbal notes and recording ideas for songs;
It's an excellent wee thing. Sound quality is crystal clear on the headphones, battery lasts ages and you can off load all your files to the pc with little fuss.
Cleverly won't let you accidentally record over existing tracks/recordings which could otherwise be easily done on other similar devices.

Excellent value for money does exactly what is says
I bought this recorder to record seminars I go to and especially guided meditations which I regularly attend. I absolutely love it. It is brilliant for my needs. Records really well and for someone who is not gadget literate it is really easy to use and transfer on to the computer. I did try an Olympus before this but maybe I did not set it correctly because it did not record properly even though I was close to the speaker so I bought this instead and am very happy I did.Vollständige Rezension lesen...
Sony ICD-PX820 Voice Recorder my review
After more than three weeks of intensive testing I can say that the recorder worked well in all conditions but additional external microphone helps even more clear sound. Because the built-in microphone captures even the slightest rub of the case. Function of the LP is in my opinion completely unusable. Conclusion, to record daily, for example: university lecture, a diary or a brief interview, etc. this device is sufficient, and certainly will bring a satisfactory level of the recordings. Easyto use and very good value for money

Simple bit of kit which does what its supposed to do
I've just become secretary for a club and bought this to make minute taking more accurate and hence easier.
Just wrote up my first meeting and it worked a treat.
I had wondered if I would need an external microphone, but having tested it I don’t think I do. At the meeting with around 12 people in a smallish room the clarity with the built in microphone was fine.
