Definitely recommend it to others
The First time used only for five minutes ..was a bit skeptical..and thought it would hurt with all the knobs on it...i have used it four more times when my back hurt for three times as long and very soothing to the back ..i ordered two more ..(one just today for a friend) and one for my daughter. Yes i would recommend this to others for a re alignment tool for the back..seen one much smoother. ..and designed to give way a little ..not sure about that one but the pressure points on this one help. Instant relief
I have two annual tears and a bulging disc and see a pain management specialist. This product has given me more relief than my pain management specialist. My back feels much better thanks to the solidback. I’ve done epidural injections, been on pain medication, muscle relaxers, physical therapy. None of those treatment options did much for me. Love my solid back pillow
Just a few minutes a day and I’m good to go. It really helps stretch my back out and it did not take any time to get used to the little knobs on the pillow. I really love it..
