Easy to use great features

So much better than the old 'touch pad' remote
Bought this to replace the terrible early version touch pad remote that came with the early SkyQ boxes. A quick simultaneous press and hold of buttons 1 & 3 and it connected immediately. Good remote but issues as a 2nd remote
Programming the Sky Q box with more than one remote is a little tricky. As soon as you programmed one the tv function on the other would stop working. Nothing wrong with the remote as it's a known problem.

Looks, feels and operates exactly like the one that Sky supplied.
Used in IR mode (without voice control) as a second remote control for a Sky Q box.

The black gloss finish is not good
The black finish is impossible to keep clean, shows every mark, should have been all matt finish.
