Still the easiest thing to use on the market.

What's to say about the sky+ box. It is simple and straightforward to set up and use. Registering the new box is easy as well and can be done via the Sky website. Picture and sound quality are better than previous older models. The extra storage is superb and the newest software is intuitive to use.

Simple replacement of for dead box

Exiting Box died. Done one of the Standard Sky+HD from Chigwell for a Neighbour only a few weeks before. So decided to give it a go.

Advert says Amstrad manufacture, I received a SKY made one seems in pristine condition. Paired with my Viewing card as per instructions supplied and set-up my preferences etc etc.

All working very well, early days..........

The only negative I have right now is the quality of the REV9 remote supplied. Don't think it's a genuine one. Build quality poor and buttons unresponsive. Not too fussed as I have a collection of Sky remotes that work just fine! or I use a One-for-all universal remote setup (lovely!).

As an aside: Part of my decision to go with this replacement was Sky now pushing Sky Q, did not want to go to that yet! (Means a LNB change on dish which would then precluded use for Freesat.) Plus I have a lot of other factors for my setup. (might consider Freesat + NowTV in the future to reduce ever increasing sky sub-cost. Having said that the SKY+ usergide/planned is just the best. Sky replacement HD plus box

Great box and good visual condition. Only issue RF outlet needs to be switched on when connected to modulator unit for co ax connection,which is easy enough when you know how but a head scratcher if unsure. Brilliant TVR box and works immediately with minimal setup.

Chigwell Satellite are amazing. Friendly and helpful over the telephone (before ordering) and when Sky Box ordered it arrived within 24 hours. Clear set up instructions were included to make installation very easy and the box was ready to go immediatley. Good replacement and large hard drive capacity great

Bought to replace failing skybox. Installation and registering with sky was easy and straightforward. Looks sleak and operates well. Large hard drive is a real bonus

Best PVR you can buy

We already had one of these in another room but Sky don't offer them any more. All we wanted was a second high-capacity PVR without all the Sky Q nonsense. This records HD and 3D in high definition with superb clarity. The Sky planner is great and is still upgraded by Sky dowloads to the latest version.

The product is exactly as promoted. Struggling to see why the item wasn't brand new as it was in perfect condition.

Great product

Old box was getting noisy so needed replacing. Wanted new one to have bigger storage and this fits the bill perfectly. Dead easy to set up; had it working within half an hour. Very pleased.
