This is one of the greatest music experiences in my life.

This is a fantastic first time experience to Rush with the opening track that a friend told me is a staple of the band's tours since its recording.
It was so neat to grove to "Digital Man," a slight reggae-type song, that half way reminded me of "Walking on the Moon" by The Police.
In particular, and as a writer, I really appreciated Neil Peart's lyrics for "Losing It" using references about the final years of writer Ernest Hemingway with "for you the blind who once could see, the bell tolls for thee...". I would love to hear this song in concernt, but I understand it's never been done.
I am very grateful to the friend that recommended RUSH and this album was not only worth the money and chance, it reaped some wonderful memories and first class tunes. I'd recommend anyone get this album. Though of course not everyone will appreciate, I only want to spread the joy.

Rush - Signals

I very highly recommend this album. Just put it in and press play and your ears will be treated to some genuine musical achievements. "The Analog Kid" is very superb with its cutting edge guitars by Lifeson, "Digital Man" has the excellent drum timing signature of Neil Peart that we all instantly recognise once the song is played, "Subdivisions" was very brilliantly done, accompanied by the keyboards from singer Geddy Lee, all in all, this album is pure music.

For a singer, it is quite challenging to sing along with some of the songs, but it can be achieved with practice admidst much sweating and bulging of the forehead!

The sonority is overwhelm

Rush is one of the most original rock band in the world. They don't play easy melodies neither poor rithms... Signal is the most important album from RUSH, oppening the modern moment of the band. The sonority is overwhelm, the sounds details is incredible, keeping the power of rock style! Great album from RUSH.Vollständige Rezension lesen...

Rush before they became Mush

Signals is the last of the "guitar orientated" Rush albums before Geddy Lee changed their sound from great to gross. the very last song is the only one on this album I don't like.

Great album from a legendary band.

I already have the original CD of this album and I'm buying the remastered editions to see if they have far superior stereo imaging. As for the songs in the album, they're all great!

One of the Best of Rush

Don't think. Just buy it!!! It's worth it a million times over. "Analog Kid" is one of my favorites and if you're feeling emotional, "Countdown" is a good one if you listen to it nice and loud to get the full fx of the shuttle launching. And "Subdivisions" needs no intro as it is the best of the album/cd and a personal fav of allot of their fans, including this one.
