Curry or not?

I bought this book hoping to learn how to make a decent tikka masalas and a tasty korma. I realise these might not be ‘truly’ authentic but for many years they have been a favourite in Scotland especially Glasgow and most curry restaurants and carry out places sell them. Famous Glasgow restaurant recipes

Authentic curry recipes from a restaurant I know well. Bhuna lamb delicious.

The down side for me is the quality of the book itself. It looks and feels cheaply made.
