Fantastic little reel from a quality manufacturer. A must have in your armoury.
Having read reviews for this reel, and the fact I wanted to try a smaller one of this type I felt this was the one to get. Its neat, very well made, very smooth, and a lot less clumpy than the usual bait runners I've tried. The free spool feature you can really get to be very loose which even the most cautious bites will be hard pressed to feel. Lightweight with great features
This is my first Shimano reel and on my first days fishing with it I realised I been missing out on excellent reels, it worked a dream. I caught 15 carp between 4 and 10lb and reel handled them with no problems, it is a very well made tool.Vollständige Rezension lesen...

Ideal
I'm far from being a match angler, I just sit on the bank enjoying being outside, but this reel suits me very well. I've got two now paired with two Shimano 10ft rods and they make for a very pleasurable session. ST 2500 baitrunner
I used the reel yesterday it was very good, I also use the more expensive shimano baitrunners and there is a difference in “feel” etc but for the money you pay for the ST 2500 it’s brilliant
