Sencore TF46, a great tool to have for basic repair work!
This device was in bad shape when I got it. There were misplaced components and loose contacts. The cal pots appeared to have been placed in the wrong order from previous repair. But once it was repaired (well partially), the meter works with basic functions. It can test for good/bad transistors and fet in circuit. The out-of-circuit test for gain was a bit off, and couldn't be repaired due to the lack of complete schematic diagram.
Over all, this is a great meter that basically works "forever" for its basic functionality. I highly recommend getting a working one, since the schematic diagram is not available. It's a great tool to have!
