Quality product and easy to use

Replaced my cheap and nasty bluetooth helmet set with the Sena SMH10. Speaker quality is much better. controls are much easier to use, particularly while wearing heavy winter gloves. Battery lasts 10 times longer than the cheaper version. Helmet mount feels solid and safe, while my old unit kept falling out of the bracket and hanging by the wire. I have nothing negative to say - I wish it had FM Radio but I couldn't justify the extra purchase price to upgrade to a model that does. My wife would kill me if she knew how much I paid for the Sena unit, but compared to the cheaper (i.e. < $100) the Sena is in a league of its own in terms of usability and quality. I just hope the battery life will be sustained, since the battery is not easily replaceable and I dont want to have to buy a whole new unit in 12 months time. Overall, great product. Really good

Im really glad i purchased this, such a great headset. I mainly use it to hear my gps instructions while on my bike. I find that even with the speakers positioned behind my ear pads i always have the volume turned up to max because of the wind noise but i can normally hear the instructions ok.

I have also tried using it for phone calls, the people on the other end have reported that the quality is good even at high speed but i have a hard time hearing what they are saying due to the wind noise, i think mobile calls are a bit tiny in general so that might be the difference between hearing the gps instructions and phone calls.

I have also briefly tried using it to listen to music on my phone and the sound quality is not like an expensive set of headphones but very acceptable for a motorcycle.

My only real concern with them is that the charging port is on the top of the unit. It does have a rubber seal but i dont risk it when getting caught out in heavy rain. A better design would be to put it on the bottom of the unit Vollständige Rezension lesen

2nd purchase. 👍😊

I already had the Sena 10c, for a couple of years, work's great, use it every day as a dash cam for my helmet, had a small problem with one of the buttons, it couldn't be fixed so they replaced the unit. The help from where I purchased it and Sena Australia were really great. So I've since purchased another headset for my wife's helmet now, complete with mute button, just kidding 😁.
