Wonderfully Eccentric.
Great fun and absolutely mad, rather kitsch but well designed - and amazing. Slightly let down by the paperwork. Tantalizingly, there is a running list of tunes, but only in Japanese. The supplier sent me a valiant attempt at translation on my request for more information, which is very useful, even with a few charming mistranslations ( I particularly like "One Fine Day" from "The Butterfly Lady".)
Also there is a slight misrepresentation. There are not 52 different tunes as stated. The tunes are in three sets. The second set (14 tunes) is a subset of the first - all of these tunes are within set 1, which has 33 tunes. The third set (5 tunes) are Christmas tunes. I don't think I could stand this set repeating, even at Christmas! There are therefore 38 different tunes, five of which I doubt will be played more than once in my presence!
In summary, it's a large, plasticky, brassy, OTT bit of nonsense, and I love it! It also is driven by a very accurate quartz movement.Vollständige Rezension lesen...

Grate purchase.
I like this watch with grate collection of melodies changed every hour. I find only one drawback - golden arrows are poorly visible on the background of the dial.

Beautiful wall clock
I love everything about this clock. It’s so beautiful. Looks great on the wall. Works fine.

Nicely built clock with some special effects
Different sort of clock for that special place in your house; Takes a while to get directly from Japan as its not sold here in the USA. Its all plastic but looks very nice and ornate.
