great item does what it says on the tin
great item easy to use no problems except strength of spring you are trying to compress but still not too much of a problem as it saves the whole lot washer and spring shooting off into the distance

Good tool but not for me

Healey Brake Spring Compressor
For Years I’ve struggled trying to hold the spring clip in place whilst I pushed n twisted it ! Every Time it’s sprung off n shot into the road n I’ve lost it ! Now I don’t lose anything ! Good tool but doesn't fit the brakes on an MGB without modification. If you cut 4mm off the end of the tool it works perfectly though.
