Fun little gadget

Not having an LED light for reminders on texts is annoying. You can set up the edge light display and set up reminders however the LED does not illuminate with reminders. Otherwise no major complaints. The phone is fast and has a lot of space. Long battery life, fast charging, and expandable memory are a plus. Phone is on the larger side however the one hand feature is a nice touch and makes it easier to use. As with all Samsung/androids tons of customization can be done. Just what I was looking for

I started looking for a new phone when I received notice my old phone would no longer work after 4/22 because it's system would no longer be supported. I was looking for a larger phone with good memory and performance. I read a number of online reviews and this one seemed to appear regularly, not the best of the best, but a good phone at a good price. When my old phone started locking up and slowing down I decided it was time to pull the trigger. I checked the price at a number of big box stores as well as electronic stores and wasn't happy with the prices, so I went on ebay and found it at a good price. I also had a coupon code that I used to make the purchase even more affordable. Since getting the phone I have been extremely satisfied with it's performance. Memory transfer was easy, the only issues I've had have nothing to do with the phone and everything to do with transferring to a new phone, that being having to enter passwords, recertifying entry into my saved aps and sites and learning the new phone operation. Has it's Pros and Cons like every other phone on the market.

Pros: Nice phone. Large screen. Good features. Good camera. Battery life is decent. It supports wireless charging. Cons: Doesn't have headphone plug in. It closes open windows while I'm using it on occasions. Finger print scanner doesn't work with screen protector. Vollständige Rezension lesen...

Great Alternative Phone

Pros
Great battery life. Compared to my old S8+ it's night and day different.
Snappy interface. It's got 2gb more RAM than my S8+ can't tell a huge difference but it's good.
Good display. This is only seen if you have this up to a flagship phone side by side. There is a difference but by itself it's just fine.
Non-curved screen. Never was a fan of curved screen on flagship phones.
Great price. I've had several phones from cheap to flagship to middle of the road. This the best bang for your buck.
Cons
Finger print scanner on screen can be a little cumbersome compared to the S8+ that had it on the back.

Overall I'd have to say this one of the best phones I've ever purchased. I think for the last 7 to 10 years the specs get crazy for flagship phones and if you don't need all those features you need a cheaper alternative. I'll buy used or open box flagship phones but those are still pretty pricey. If you are a casual user like me this is the phone for you. Hands down the best bang for your buck if you don't want to spend a thousand dollars on a flagship phone. This is mainly because I'm not tied to a carrier and I've always bought my phones outright. To each their own but for me I'll buy something with the same specs as a two year old flagship phone but it a new body. Just makes sense.

Great phone, full of features for a decent price.

I'm loving this Galaxy s20 FE. It's easy to navigate through, super responsive and fast. Even though the back is plastic, it has a premium feel to the device. The camera is excellent as well.

Upgrade, finally.

my 1st Samsung Galaxy J3, was nice and functional that I got in 2017, never an issue, but I finally decided to give myself an upgrade. Great phone and it does everything I need it too.

Being 73 yrs old this is my first smartphone. I bought it to replace the Samsung Galaxy Tab A tablet, digital camera, old flip phone and my DEXCOM G6 Continuous Glucose Monitor receiver that I have to carry and remember to bring with me when I go out. Large phone with great features

This phone does everything expected of a new phone. It has a great camera, long battery life and crystal clear screen. The microSD slot is great for adding more storage. The phone may not have all the features of a standard S20, but it is really close. The price point is also way better than the standard S20.

The only issue that I have is getting used to the size of the phone. The phone is a hand full, but Samsung built in features to still make it usable.
