Best upgrade to the Surface Pro 8!
I wasn't sure about ordering a 1TB drive from China at a fraction of the price, but having the item come in and work flawlessly was a great treat! It also couldn't come soon enough as my old drive was both at its limit of 256GB and was crashing to black screens. Perfect for my SteamDeck
It was purchased to upgrade my SteamDeck (from my original 512GB).
I have installed it based on the tutorial from iFixIt.
Initialization and SteamDeck OS re-installation according to the Steam guideline. Everything works smoothly.

Works well as a replacement part
