STIHL 41404001308 Ignition Coil for FC55/FS38/FS45/FS46/HL45

Product DOES NOT WORK for certain models of Stihl equipment.

Product aligns well and fits perfectly with plenty of spark. I have a Stihl mod# FS55 line trimmer. This coil WILL NOT work on this machine. Trimmer will not start, just backfire through carb. Did further research, found Stihl OEM ignition module has a timing advance built into their modules. low quality control.

The product was bad and did not work. Checked with a meter and was out of manufacture specs.

The seller sold a genuine new part from Stihl. It came without instructions but was easy to install. My trimmer is running good now.
