Christmas present for teenage daughter

My daughter really liked her gift. There was a great assortment for her to experiment with so she could find her own unique style.
My only concern was there was no email confirmation after the order was placed, so I had to email Shany to receive a tracking number so I could track the order. Shany was very prompt in replying to my emailand provided me a tracking number.
