Just like the small tube

I bought this because I though that it would be easier to use unlike the smaller tubes that I purchase locally. But to my dismay it dispensed just like it's smaller brother. When I first started to use this product a black liquid came out of the tube. Unlike it's smaller brother it could not be worked to try to soften/mix the liquid back into the adhesive. Once I got past this I had to use extreme pressure with my caulking gun to dispense the adhesive. No matter how hard I tried it would not dispense evenly. I had to use an alternative method to spread the adhesive once it was dispensed onto my woodstove door. To date the adhesive is holding like it is suppose to. If the formula was modified to keep the adhesive from separating in the tube it would probably dispense easier and spread just as easy. Hopefully someone will read this and make the necessary formula change to eliminate separation and make dispensing easier.Vollständige Rezension lesen

Great stuff, lots of it, and a good price.

This is great stuff and a tube will go far. I had to fix a gasket in a fireplace insert door with it, and had enough left over to completely seal up all the gaps in my old wood cook stove too.

So far this gasket adhesive/sealant dries hard and is unremovable with anything except a knife. It is a lot better for it's intended purpose than any other product of it's kind that I have worked with. Vollständige Rezension lesen

I used this on a wood stove pipe. Blends in well. Seals it like a gasket.

Great Product for the right Job

I recommend this product. If you follow the instructions, this product does all that it's suppose to... It works well with BBQ Smokers to seal the doors from from leaks, etc.

Very effective at sealing holes and glueing gaskets in place. over all an excellent product, would strongly recommend this product.
