Bigsby Tremolo systems can often feel heavy and stiff to operate.This spring brings a lightness of touch to the arm leverage.
It would be nice if they also made a shorter version.so that you could use it with lighter strings, and still have the arm parallel to the strings.

Great Upgrade
The Reverend Bigsby spring is one of the best bang for your buck upgrades you can get. It gives you more control over your shimmers and once the strings settled down they felt softer under my fingers and it made my old SG sound and play great.Vollständige Rezension lesen

There's a night and day difference between a standard Bigsby spring and this one. It takes a bit of getting used to but has made the bigsby much more responsive and expressive. Tuning seems to be a bit more stable aswell.

Reverend Soft Touch Spring For Bigsby Vibratos
Fitted this to my Gretsch 2622T Bigsby. Much better and easier to use than the one supplied which needed far too much down pressure for it to work satisfactory. Although a bit costly for what it is.

Much improved Bigsby
This spring really does improve the tremolo on my modern Gretsch Electromatic. The rather stiff action of the trem is transformed into a nice smooth feel with the ability to dive it more like a lighter feeling trem say on a Strat. No problem with going back to tune up or down, though in fairness the original spring was fine in that regard - the Bigsby design is pretty good.

Quick and easy upgrade
My Epiphone ES295 had a spring in that was like pumping iron to use and gave off nasty clunks every so often. This spring seems expensive but it really transforms your playing experience and provides super smooth vibrato.Vollständige Rezension lesen

What a difference!
Very eay action, which is far better than the originaal very powerfull spring, with which I had problems when restringing, as the action was far too high.
