It's simple enough my 4yo put it together with the assistance of my 6yo. It makes blaster sounds as well. They play with it posing it and it hasn't worn the connections enough it doesn't stay posed.

Fragile, pieces connecting legs are not very secure., like any model. Should be OK with "gentle" play.
