Rand Mcnally IntelliRoute TND-710 Truck GPS

GPS has a malfunction.

I have used a Rand McNally many times, so I know what i'm doing, I can assure you I am no newbie when it comes to these things. The GPS does exactly what it's supposed to, but there is one thing. When its set to automatic Day/ Night mode, the "night" mode dims as it's supposed to but then seconds later goes almost blank! it's even hard to see in complete darkness. And turning it back to manual 'Day time" would be too bright for driving at night. It is clear there is a malfunction in this product. I will be returning it.Vollständige Rezension lesen

Maps are old, routes don't make sense

Great Truck GPS. However, despite updating maps prior to use it is still out dated in many areas of travel. Especially in regards to posted speeds and new construction areas. This works excellent and had loads of options. I haven't updated the maps on mine yet so it missed a couple bypass routes, but that should be taken care of with an update?
