Works with your iPad too and the app is super stable like on all platforms (Mac & PC). I have used the Apogee Duet 2, the Audient id22, the SPL Crimson, The Apollo Twin and the Baby Pro is the best! The heart of every home studio

Quite literally the best music related purchase I think I've ever made. Sounds incredibly good with every instrument including vocals, preamps are great, zero latency, comprehensive manual, drivers are rock solid, tons of input and outputs. Literally ticked every single box for me (except the price), but I am definitely glad I bumped my budget up from a Scarlett. I've tried one in the past and it isn't even in the same realm as this rme is.

Professional sound

Preampts and level processing are amazing. As long as you eliminate clipping, this device seems to magically get all the rest of the levels right. Quiet sounds aren't diminished beyond recognition.
