Time saver. Allows for multitasking while you're cooking.
If you're using on a UDS, make you a diverter plate. Set it inside the drum directly in front of the fan hole. This allows the air from the fan to blow around your charcoal basket and burn more evenly. Otherwise you'll burnt out the center of your charcoal.

Very Disappointed - Do your research!
I have tried programming 3 times at this point and still am unable to get the unit to respond to the temperatures and fluctuate the fan performance.
I’ve owned less than 90 days, cannot get the unit to perform and I’m unable to return to the business since they cannot resell it now. Glad that is the priority, reselling versus fixing the concern.Vollständige Rezension lesen...
